The Golden State Warriors pulled off an impressive 121-115 comeback win against the Orlando Magic, thanks to an extraordinary performance from Stephen Curry. The superstar guard exploded for 56 points, sinking 12 three-pointers and dominating the game with his signature deep shooting and clutch plays.
The Warriors found themselves down by 17 points at halftime, but Curry ignited the rally with a stunning half-court buzzer-beater to close the second quarter. That shot sparked a dominant third quarter, where Curry outscored the entire Magic team on his own. He finished the night shooting 16-of-25 from the field and a perfect 12-of-12 from the free-throw line, proving once again why he’s one (or THE ONE) of the greatest shooters in NBA history.
Golden State’s recent hot streak continued with this victory, marking their fifth straight win and another strong showing since acquiring Jimmy Butler. Butler praised Curry’s leadership and offensive brilliance, while head coach Steve Kerr marveled at his ability to take over games in spectacular fashion.
On the other side, Orlando’s Paolo Banchero delivered an impressive 41-point effort, supported by Franz Wagner’s 27 points, but their contributions weren’t enough to withstand Curry’s historic night.
Approaching his 37th birthday, Curry continues to defy expectations, averaging over 30 points per game this season. His elite play has been a driving force behind the Warriors’ resurgence as they prepare for their next challenge against the Philadelphia 76ers.
